Order Status

Every order is made-to-order, which means it goes through a few stages before it lands on your doorstep. Here's what to expect — and when to expect it.

The journey of your shirt

• ✦Order placed — You did the thing. Confirmation email lands in your inbox within a few minutes. Check spam if it doesn't show.
• ✦In production — Your design is being printed on a fresh Comfort Colors blank. This takes 2–5 business days. The shirt is being made for you, specifically. That's kind of cool.
• ✦Shipped — The moment the label is created, you get a tracking link. The carrier has it and it's on the way. US shipping takes 1–5 business days depending on distance.
• ✦Delivered — It's there. Wear it, wash it, spill something on it, repeat.

When to reach out

• ✦No confirmation email after an hour? Check spam, then email us — we'll confirm it went through.
• ✦No tracking link after 5 business days? Something might be backed up at the print shop. We'll check on it.
• ✦Tracking says delivered but it's not there? Give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), then let us know.
• ✦Anything else feels off? Email hello@fogandfortune.com. We read everything and we're not happy until you are.

A note on made-to-order timing

Because every piece is printed just for you, there's no warehouse shelf to pull from. That means your order can't ship the same day — but it also means you get a fresh garment, not something that's been sitting in a bin for six months. We think the trade-off is worth it.
